204 Haywood Street - INSTRUCTIONS: Drivers are to come to the front of the building. We have two front doors. Both are open till 9 pm. There is a security guard to the left when you first come into the lobby that can instruct the drivers. If the guard isn't in the monitoring room, please allow a couple of minutes he may be making rounds. The driver can also cal 828-253-4723. This is answered by the guard. If it's after 9 pm, the driver should enter the first door and ring the buzzer. This goes directly to the guard. If all else fails they are more than welcome to text my personal cell (828-676-9255) and identify who they are and I will contact the guard.
MONDAYS from CREST CENTER
ALL Monday donations from M7/Crest Center go to Salvation Army or WNC Rescue Ministries
PACKS TAVERN to TRINITY PLACE
ALL donations from Packs Tavern always go to Trinity Place Shelter for Runaway Youth at 12 Ravenscroft 828-253-7233 Please drop food in the coolers on their front porch

AVL Ride is an important partner with Food Connection
Delivering tens of thousands of meals to those in need
Food Connection is extremely grateful to Woody McKee, Harper and drivers for coordinating food pick ups and deliveries with our food donor partners who are within a 4 mile radius of downtown Asheville. When donor has surplus food, AVL Ride is alerted and a driver is dispatched quickly to pick up the food and take it to a designated nonprofit recipient partner.
