Food Connection eases hunger, reduces waste and supports our local food industry by redistributing surplus prepared food and purchasing meals from chefs to serve our neighbors in need. Food Connection is currently operating in North Carolina in Buncombe and Madison Counties.
We are incredibly grateful to ALL of our Food Donor Partners who go the extra mile to pack up their leftovers and call Food Connection. This distribution has been made possible through grants from The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, the Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries Hunger Walk, The WNC Bridge Foundation, The Black Mountain Swannanoa Valley Endowment Fund and an anonymous donor.
