Food Connection helped spawn a new nonprofit in Charlotte
In 2019 Food Connection mentored a team of women in Charlotte, NC to launch a food rescue effort which recovered over 10,000 pounds of food during 2019. In 2020 they've now successfully launched their own 501(c)3 "Feeding Charlotte." We're so inspired by their commitment to reduce food waste and ease hunger!
