Food Connection eases hunger, reduces waste and supports our local food industry by rescuing and redistributing surplus prepared food to serve our neighbors in need. Food Connection is currently operating in Western North Carolina in Buncombe, Henderson and Madison Counties.

MOBILE MEALS:
• operates as a food rescue vehicle to pick up surplus leftover prepared food from restaurants, caterers and institutions
• reaches rural communities in Buncombe and neighboring counties with onboard cold storage to safely transport meals
• provides a Free Food Truck Experience offering our neighbors their choice of menu items for free of charge, no questions asked. ALL are welcome!
